International Plaza : This gallery shows International Plaza, a shopping mall at 318 E. Golf Road in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Owner Su-Chuan Hsu is unwilling to sell, so the village of Arlington Heights is trying to take it by eminent domain. The village is also trying to take several adjacent properties to the west, which are also shown. There are also a few shots of the surrounding neighborhood. Read more about it on my blog. These images have not been retouched to alter the scene depicted, however some images have been cropped or adjusted for perspective and lens distortion, and global manipulation may have been performed to remove noise, improve contrast and color rendition, and sharpen details.
